Notes

  • Note from Christine Jackson Nov 03
Amelia Stevens:  from Arthur's Birth Certificate:  "Amelia Reardon formerly Stevens"
from both Ted and Wendy:  dd. c.1928/9  London
13 children - from Pat:  two died in infancy
from Ted:   When he was about 4 (c.1928/9) he climbed onto Amelia's bed to say goodbye after a visit
from Wendy:  Her father, Bert, was about 13/14 (c.1928/9) when Amelia died.
When Amelia was ill and confined to bed, Bert would see her before and after school - she would tell him to take 1d. or 1/2d. from a large jar.  When the jar was empty, Bert discovered it had belonged to Arthur!
